*(Which fool person will use BSNL’s SIM when 4G service is not available on it?  And it is Govt who intentionally created this situation to kill BSNL! Asking people to use BSNL SIM without 4G when 4G is available with other companies, is like asking one to use Bullock cart when a Car is available at same cost.)*

*(Govt is not providing even half of the required 6% of GDP funs for government schooling, causing severe deterioration in quality. Still millions of kids are studying in Govt schools throughout the India. Hence, the question itself is false. In Delhi, Govt has provided sufficient funding to Govt schools and now everybody wants to send their kids to government schools.)*

Why Govt is not implementing something like that to prevent corruption?)*
